Operator and scope
DATASARVA LLC operates "aisarva" at 117 South Lexington Street, Harrisonville, MO 64701-2444, United States. This private tool manages only our own Instagram accounts: @aisarva_07, @telugu_tech_girl and @aimuchatlu007. It is not offered to the public, has no sign-up, and does not allow third parties to connect accounts.
Acceptable use
The tool is used to publish reels and posts (including trial reels and scheduled posts), read insights, moderate and reply to comments on our posts, and receive comment, mention and message webhooks. Private replies or DMs containing requested content are sent only when a person asks using a keyword. The tool must not be used for spam, unsolicited messages, unlawful content, infringement, unauthorized account access or attempts to bypass Meta restrictions.
Meta platform terms
Use of Instagram and its APIs remains subject to Meta Platform Terms and applicable Instagram Terms of Use and policies. Meta may restrict or discontinue API features, and this tool may change or stop operating at any time.
No warranty
To the extent permitted by law, the tool and any automated replies are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Missouri, USA, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
